Weird sound in my ear when i chew

From last 4-5 months when i chew my food or drink ny thing my right ear makes a buzzing sound internally but suddnly when i stop chewing then aftet 10-15sec it stop. If I use my finger and try to put it in my ear I get this similar sound but sounds a bit like liquid in my ears.
