Tonsillectomy day 10 still have scabs

I have lost the majority of the scabbing on my right tonsil bed but my left side still have massive scabs. My uvula was so huge it was resting on the back of my tongue but it seems to finally be starting to shrink a bit but when i do talk it makes me sound a bit slurred.
